The first phase was carried out with a length of 1.8 km, ranging from the 15 May Bridge, to the Embaba bridge at an estimated investment cost of 600 million pounds, comprising of 19 different buildings, 62 shops with various spaces, 5 cafeterias, 5 restaurants, 3 auto garages, nile anchors, floating theatres, restaurants, cafeterias, services and outlets. The second stage of the walkway starts from the 15 May Bridge to the Nile Palace Bridge, From the Embaba to the Coast, 3.2 km long, with investments exceeding 800 million pounds and includes a 4 kilometre tiered walkway, 19 buildings between a floating restaurant and 3 cafeterias with open spaces and 63 shops, 7 service buildings, 9 stands with a capacity of 2,552 individuals and two 1700-capacity theatres, along with site coordination work, including terraces and wonderful water fountains. The walkway of the people of Egypt “Mamsha Ahl Masr” is a beautiful cultural site and riviera by the Nile and a runway for the tourists and local visitors to enjoy along the beautiful Nile Area of Cairo.
