Following a series of high-level meetings held this week at the Prime Ministry in New Alamein and the Ministry of Health in the New Administrative Capital, the consortium led by Inventure Group, Inventure Group consortium companies, and It’s Chairman and CEO Dr.Karim Nakhle, who presented the immediate action plan & designs of the landmark $5+ Billion Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) project to H.E. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, Presidential Advisor for Financial Affairs Lieutenant General Ahmad El Shazli, H.E. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, in the presence of Minister of Housing and Urban Planning H.E. Randa El Manshawi, the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces represented by General Walid Aref and General Dr. Ashraf El Arabi, Dr. Mohamad Abdel Ghaffar, President of the General Organization for Teaching Hospitals and Institutes (GOTHI), and Dr. Sherif Mostafa, Deputy Minister of Health.

The project will establish Egypt’s International Medical Cities (EIMC), featuring the New Administrative Capital Medical City (CADMED) ($2.8B) and the North Coast Medical City (NCMC) in New Alamein ($2.5B), alongside future expansions into additional Cities. These mega-projects are in line with Presidential Directive No. 7088 issued by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on the 6th of June 2026, awarding the development to Inventure Group.
