Business leader Yasmine Sarwat has been awarded the 2026 Arab Woman Award for Corporate Social Responsibility, in recognition of her outstanding contributions to advancing sustainable development and championing impactful community initiatives across the region.
The prestigious honor was presented during a high-profile ceremony organized by the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States to mark the International Day of the Arab Woman Diplomat. The event brought together an esteemed gathering of diplomats, influential female leaders, entrepreneurs, and distinguished guests from across the Arab world to celebrate women whose leadership continues to drive meaningful social and economic progress.
Tharwat was recognized for successfully bridging business excellence with a strong commitment to social responsibility. Throughout her career, she has supported initiatives focused on empowering individuals, fostering inclusive development, and reinforcing the role of the private sector as a key partner in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
