PepsiCo Egypt has named Eng. Karim Khedr as its new Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a pivotal leadership transition for the global food and beverage powerhouse. In his new role, Khedr will spearhead the company’s strategic growth, driving innovation and reinforcing its position as a market leader while strengthening its contributions to the local economy.

Bringing over 24 years of experience across the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and Oil & Gas sectors—including 16 years at PepsiCo—Karim Khedr is recognized for his expertise in business transformation and market expansion. His journey with PepsiCo began in Egypt, where he held key leadership positions for seven years, culminating in his role as Senior Sales Director. His career then extended across the Middle East and Asia, where he took on strategic leadership roles, further shaping his vision for growth and operational excellence.
